Registration is now open for the 2026 Spring Season! All registrations must be completed on-line. There is no walk-in registration!

 

 

Save money by registering your children early. The cost of registration from now thru February 28th is $130/child ($95/child for tee ball). Starting on March 1, the online registration fee will increase by $25/child for all divisions. So, don't delay, get your registrations submitted before the end of February!!

Our league runs on the support of our families. During registration, parents can choose to volunteer as coaches, team parents, or in other league roles, or by making a $25 donation to help us continue providing a great experience for all players.

Children from “Little League Age 4–12” who live OR attend school within the FPESLL boundaries are eligible to register and play in Fox Point/East Side Little League.

What does “Little League Age” mean? Little League Age is determined by how old the player will be on August 31 of the current season.

For the 2025 season, children born between September 1, 2013 and August 31, 2022 are eligible to play in our league.

Children younger than this range are not eligible. Older players may be able to participate on combined Juniors or Seniors teams with a partner Little League—please contact FPESLL for details.

 

There can be NO exceptions to these rules as they are dictated by Little League International and by our insurance coverage. The full rules on eligibility can be found here.

 

 

The Fox Point/East Side Little League is open only to children who live OR attend school on the East Side of Providence. There are no exceptions. Our league is bounded on the north by the Providence/Pawtucket line, to the east by the Seekonk River, to the south by Interstate 195 and to the west by Interstate 95.

 

 

All players must have a copy of a government-issued proof-of-age document (birth certificate) on file with the league. If your child is new to the Fox Point/East Side Little League this year, you must provide us with an original proof-of-age document. You can upload the copy during your online registration process.  If your child is a returning player, we already have a birth certificate on file; you do NOT need to provide us with another one! Please note: Religious documents such as baptismal certificates are NOT valid for this purpose.

 

 

All players who wish to play in kid pitch divisions are required to attend our Spring Evaluation Session! We do not hold evaluation sessions for younger players. Players will be asked to perform a variety of fundamental baseball skills - throwing, catching, and hitting. The evaluation results are confidential and are for use by the team selection committee only. Your child should be notified of their team assignment within 2 weeks of the evaluation session.

Here in New England, the baseball season can't start until April. But we still have the opportunity to keep our players' skills sharp and prepare them for the next level of play thanks to our annual Winter Clinic!

From January to March, our players get focused attention on their core skills of hitting, pitching and fielding in a state of the art indoor facility. This gives us a jump start on the spring season to come. And on top of that, the kids have a blast!

This year, we are so excited to be adding a second session focusing on pitchers and catchers!

Players aged 7-12 who have played with FPESLL in the past, or who plan to play this Spring season ONLY. 

 

Hitting/fielding sessions will be held on Tuesdays

Pitching/catching sessions will be held on Thursdays

Sessions for younger/less advanced players will likely be held from 5:30 to 6:45pm

Sessions for older/more advanced players will likely be held from 7:00 to 8:30pm
